Welcome to the Vibrant Life Arts Journal!
As a life-long journal(ist) (one who journals) or diary keeper, I understand the importance of the practice of journaling on the concurrent development of our mind and our consciousness at even the most fundamental level. A daily practice can help you grow in the areas you most want to see and gain clearer understanding on life's most important issues. The practice of recording your sentiments after an important life experience can bring about expressions you never knew you were capable of writing and maybe can come to be as important as the event itself. It can be a form of release and also a creative outlet to give form to your ideas.
Writing is as meditation, visualization or even yoga can be... a form of reflection, which can lead to more questions! (Just part of the fun!... and probably why the term journalist exists)
So then... This is my art project! I journal, be it by video or blog to share ideas and information on arts, health, home & design, sustainability, technology, games, media, education, literature, music and other areas of life that can help us make a positive impact in our selves or our environment. This is one of my blogs and you can see entries to my Alchemical Vibrations - Flowers Blog on the right side of your screen, which focuses on healing arts.
Journaling exercise:
Write at least a paragraph a day with a special notebook and pencil for the next month.
Ask questions and write down your thoughts on things you notice throughout the day.
